You can cancel within 5 days of placing your order for a full refund provided your purchase has not been successfully dispatched and posted via the Pitcairn Island Post Office and logged for shipment from Pitcairn to NZ. We are not able to offer refunds for items successfully posted and shipped from Pitcairn to NZ unless the customer provides evidence. When required, refunds from the Pitkern Artisan Gallery cover the cost of gallery products only. Costs associated with postage or shipment are not included.
