We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. Please note the following ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY applies.

• You can cancel within 5 days of placing your order for a full refund provided your purchase has not been successfully dispatched and posted via the Pitcairn Island Post Office and logged for shipment from Pitcairn to NZ.
• We are not able to offer refunds for items successfully posted and shipped from Pitcairn to NZ unless the customer provides evidence.
• When required, refunds from the Pitkern Artisan Gallery cover the cost of gallery products only. Costs associated with postage or shipment are not included.
